Everything (update, my GF Artisan Loaf is made with a GF starter, named Yo-Dough) on this part of the menu is made with my ever ah-mazing sourdough starter - GERTIE!
She is a true giver, she is also the whole inspiration behind this endeavor, so I owe her muchos.
Right now classic white sourdough loaves and scones are offered, but I am working on new recipes to incorporated all sorts of new yummies, keep checking back or subscribe and get all the updates! PUMPKIN'S HAPPENING

These classic boules (almost) always have me squealing with delight when I lift the lid off the Dutch Oven. I am so vested with each loaf that I think they all may begin to get names, so don't be surprised if you end up with a Eunice, Marsha or a Davida in your bag!

ROSEMARY OLIVE SOURDOUGH
Heck yeah, now we're talking - a perfect savory, salty blend of fresh picked rosemary and sliced kalamata olives. These ingredients are folded into the sourdough mixture and make for an excellent fresh loaf for your dinner table.

Oh, the mid day snack break with a cup of coffee, expresso or in my case tea, always tea with me. These crunchy, little delights are made with BDG Sourdough Starter, bright lemon zest, almonds, a little dash of spice and triple baked for that golden yum. Perfect for dipping or on top of ice cream or Affogato.

Oh dear, these are a problem for me. Crunchy with just a little bit of sweetness. They are made with awesome BDG* power, so they are naturally leavened with all of her goodness & juju.

We LOVE pizza around here, seriously, it is a true love affair, but not just any pizza, we are partial to woodfired, Neopolitan Margherita Pizza. My pizza dough is made from imported Italian 00 flour and I get amazing results in our Ooni Pizza Oven, but also terrific results using a traditional, kitchen oven.
Order includes dough for 4 10-12 inch pizzas, just over 2 pounds of dough!
Dough will be refrigerated upon pick up and all you have to do is bring to room temp, divide into 4 (or two larger if you
prefer) roll into balls, cover with damp cloth and rise for 1 hour and then you are ready to add that zesty sauce & toppings. Yum, Yum!
